The Dandv Lion can often be found wandering the endless fields of fantasy, though he’s never in one place explicitly Always dressed sharply, his head held high and the occasional stop to make a wish on a dandelion is what makes him feel content

He might not wear it, but he strolls around like he is wearing the golden crown that adorns the cheerv flowers himself

The Dandy Lion forms a prominent figure in all of my work and represents what I wish to achieve with my stories and illustrations

He’s fierce, but gentle. Protective, but wild. Proud, but nonetheless a common weed. Other than that he aiso symbolises adaptation and transformation It’s his attitude towards life that enables hm to travel beyond the worlds that are known. He wholeheartedly believes in the principle of serendipity, the luck of finding or creating something interesting or valuable by chance. Though that still doesn’t have to mean that something is merely a coincidence

I hope engulfing yourself in the world of fantasy will sprout some new ideas. Just let them grow as you go, and take good care of them!

Dreams need time to manifest before you can cultivate them. They require a more consistent and motivational diet to grow and flourish

Now that you have put up with all of this nonsense, may you all become tenacious like weeds.

I` m going to share the potential worlds that I E with you, and if you’re willing. let the Dandy Lion be your guide

With a healthy dose of irony,

Sophie Wolf
